IKIMfm is the radio station of the Institute of Islamic Understanding Malaysia (IKIM). It was established on 6 July 2001 to serve as a means of spreading true Islamic teachings, with 15 transmission sites nationwide and over 1 million total listeners. Key achievements include its inclusion in the Malaysia Book of Records in 2001 as the first Islamic radio operated digitally, and winning the National Islamic Innovation award in 2011 for creative innovation.
